All garbage must be screened.

Landscaping is to be used for asthetics for visual relief, the
Planning & Zoning Commission does not want to dictate the size and type
to be planted.

Delete screening in the section on off-street parking. In other words,
it is considered not necessary to screen off-street parking.

Accesses-- Businesses are to have only one access and that access is
to be on the addressed street.

Storage -- to clarify the storage -- that particular section pertains
only to COMMERCIAL districts -- In Commercial districts, only two 9,000
weight trucks may be outside, anything larger must be stored inside

Lighting -- already addressed under Section 170.016F, Sub. 7, the only
concern with lighting is that it doesn't create a glare or annoyance
to others. They do not care if a business lights the exterior of the building
or parking area. If a business is to use lighting, they are to place them
so that glare isn't created.

Meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Arlene Peddycoart
Planning Aide
