<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR ALLIED BLACKTOP COMPANY
<br />(SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #87-4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
<br />13, 14, 15, 16, AND 17)
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey
<br />approved this project on June 11, 1987; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted
<br />Resolution #87-144 awarding the bid to Allied Blacktop Company for
<br />Sealcoating Improvement Projects ~87-4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
<br />14, 15, 16, and 17; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson
<br />Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Allied Blacktop
<br />Company in the amount of $67,182.25.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />
<br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial
<br />payment to Allied Blacktop Company for Sealcoating Improvement
<br />Projects #87-4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17
<br />in the amount of $67,182.25.
<br />
<br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor
<br />or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final
<br />payment.
<br />
<br /> 3) That the total amount of this final payment is
<br />not included in Resolution #87-__ approving payment of the bills
<br />for the month of August, 1987.
<br />
<br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance ~epartment be
<br />provided a signed copy of this resolution.
<br />
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
<br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken
<br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
