Thus it is not anticipated that the City of <br />Ramsey will receive any additional entitlement revenues during the 19~7 Budget <br />Year.. The primary entitlement 'appropriations listed above for $45,000 <br />represent the anticipated fund balance available for Budget !987 in the <br />Federal Revenue Sharing Fund. These available funds can not be retained as a <br />reserved but must be appropriated or spent by October 1, 1987 or be returned <br />to the Federal Government. <br /> <br />The additional er, titlement appropriations listed above for $39,450 represent <br />the use of 1987 entitlement sources if the program is funded by the Congress <br />and continues under the current for;n, or represent additional appropriations <br />to be used in the event that the primary appropriation are not acquired. <br /> <br />49 <br /> <br /> <br />
