He moved to Ramsey 5 years ago <br />to be near the Gateway Airport. Mr. Terry stated that whether or not sewer <br />and water would enhance P. amsey depends on the cost of it; some areas of <br />heavy industrial use must have sewer and water; sewer and water is not <br />necessary for 2.5 acre residential lots.
