Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~87-XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1987 BUDGET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted the 1 987 Budget by <br />Resolution #86-189 on the 25th of November, 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1987 Budget has been amended by City Council <br />Resolution ~87-53, and 87-91; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City needs to reapproprlate available Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Funds belore September 30, 1987; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by City Council motion on September 1, 1987, the City. <br />Council indicated that the appropriations supported by Federal Revenue Sharing <br />for purchasing a one-ton truck, and a grass mower should be reappropriated; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by City Council motion on September 1, 1987, the City <br />Council indicated that remaining Federal Revenue Sharing Funds should be used <br />for purchasing a disk drive and utility billing system for the City's computer <br />system to the extent available; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by City Council motion on September 1, 1987, the City <br />Council indicated that cost in excess of projected Federal Revenue allotments <br />should be funded by the General Fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby amends the 1987 City of Ramsey <br />General Fund Budget as follows: <br /> <br />1987 Budget, Federal Revenue Sharing Appropriations: <br /> <br />Appropriations that will not be used - <br /> <br />One-ton truck with dump box and plow <br />Mower <br /> <br />$20,600 <br /> 15,000 <br />$35,600 <br /> <br />Reapproprlations that will be used - <br /> <br />101 General Fund: <br />1192: Data Processing <br /> Capital Outlay- <br /> WDg00 Disk Drive <br /> Storage Cabinet <br /> 2400 Baud Communications <br /> Utility Billing Software <br /> <br />$11,500 <br />6O0 <br />1,565 <br />8.,495 <br />$22,160 <br /> <br /> 2) That the above reapproprzation of Federal Revenue Sharing <br />allotments is in excess of anticipated revenues, and thus the General Fund will <br />be used to fund the remaining cost. <br /> <br /> <br />
