I should have this for you <br />some time next week. <br /> <br />You indicated that next year the City may want to define its Risk Management <br />Services and that would be done on a bid basis. My concern is, of course, <br />with this year. My position is to offer any and all services it requires <br />right now. <br /> <br />I provided you with a list of personal references and our office staff is <br />probably the most lmowledgable of anyone in the State. I offered to do this <br />at an annual fee of, I believe, $1600. initially and would be happy to rebid <br />next year. <br /> <br />Your overall savings would be a minimum of 10%, as I indicated in my last <br />letter. I should also point out there is more then adequate time for this <br />to be done as the coverages do not come up until 10-1. <br /> <br />The above would, of course, be in regard to the City renewing with the League. <br />Again the competitive quote I am receiving is with an alternate market and <br />I am doing this to make sure the City is getting the most coverage for their <br />premium dollars. As we discussed, there should be absolutely no reason why <br />the City would want to forego the savings. <br /> <br /> <br />
