e <br /> <br />i 2 - <br /> <br />personnel trained in the handling of animals which <br />personnel will use properly insured and equipped <br />vehicles supplied by the HUMANE SOCIETY. <br /> <br />HOURS OF SERVICE. <br /> <br />HUMANE SOCIETY will pick up small, stray animals on a <br />call basis only within the corporate limits of the CITY <br />between the hours of 8:00 a.m..and 6:~00 p.m. seven days <br />a week, except on the following holidays: <br /> <br />New Years Day; <br />Easter Sunday; <br />Memorial Day; <br />July 4th; <br />Thanksgiving Day; <br />December 24 and December 25. <br /> <br />KENNELING. <br /> <br />The HUMANE SOCIETY will kennel the animals it picks up <br />at its animal shelter located at 1411 Main Street N.W., <br />Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Each animal will be sheltered <br />for a maximum period of five (5) week days from the date <br />it is picked up. During said five (5) day period, the <br />animal may be picked up from the shelter by its righful <br />owner. All animals not claimed by their owner after the <br />five (5) day period shall become the property of the <br />HUMANE SOCIETY to be disposed of in any lawful manner. <br />OWNER PAYMENT. <br /> <br />Prior to release of an animal from the shelter, the <br />owner shall pay to the HUMANE SOCIETY, the CITY'S <br />impoundment fee together with the HUMANE SOCIETY'S <br />boarding fee. <br /> <br /> <br />
