10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />-4 - <br /> <br /> SERVICES NOT PROVIDED. <br /> <br />HUMANE SOCIETY employees shall have no animal ordinance <br />enforcement authority within the City of Ramsey, shall <br />not be authorized to issue citations, nor shall they <br />respond to citizen complaints regarding barking dogs, <br />animals running at large, or other animal nuisance type <br />complaints. The HUMANE SOCIETY will not receive skunks, <br />and large animals such as horses, cattle, exotics, etc. <br />The HUMANE SOCIETY is not required by this Agreement to <br />do general patrolling of the CITY for stray animals, and <br />as provided in Paragraph 1 above, the HUMANE SOCIETY <br />will respond only to calls from authorized CITY <br />personnel. <br /> <br />HOSTILE ANIMALS. <br /> <br />The CITY agrees to provide an armed police officer <br />during the pick up of a hostile animal by a HUMANE <br />SOCIETY employee, when in opinion of the employee such <br />police protection is required. <br /> <br />INDEMNITY-LIABILITY INSURANCE. <br /> <br />HUMANE SOCIETY shall indemnify and save CITY harmless' <br />from all claims, causes of action, actions and judgment <br />for personal injury, loss of life, or property damage <br />created by performance of its duties under this <br />Agreement. HUMANE SOCIETY shall provide and keep in <br />force during the term of this Agreement and any <br />extension of said term for the benefit of the CITY a <br />comphrensive liability insurance policy including <br /> <br /> <br />
