12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />- 5 - <br /> <br />vehicle liability coverage insuring CITY against loss <br />resulting from any of the foregoing for which HUMANE <br />SOCIETY is responsible, said policy to provide coverage <br />in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand and no/100 <br />($500,000.00) Dollars per person and One Million and <br />no/100 ($1,000,000.00) Dollars for each occurrence. <br />HUMANE SOCIETY shall provide to the CITY evidence of <br />compliance with insurance requirements as set forth <br />above. In addition, HUMANE SOCIETY agrees, at the <br />option of the CITY, to have the CITY listed as an <br />additional insured upon the liability insurance policy <br />procured in compliance with this paragraph. <br /> <br />CONTRACT TERM. <br /> <br />This agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year <br />commencing on the date hereof and expiring one (1) year <br />thereafter, EXCEPT, that either party may cancel this <br />Agreement earlier by giving thirty (30) days written <br />notice to the other party. In the event this contract <br />is cancelled by either party the CITY will not be <br />obligated to pay any additional fees not yet accrued to <br />the HUMANE SOCIETY. <br /> <br />PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. <br /> <br />The CITY shall pay the HUMANE SOCIETY the sum of <br />$5,000.00 for the one (1) year term of this contract <br />which sum shall be payable in 12 equal installments of <br />$416.66 each. Said monthly payments to commence thirty <br />(30) days after execution of this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
