10 Minutes CASE #13: <br /> <br />POLICIES RELATING TO THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER AND WATER IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Dave Hartley, City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has received a number of inquiries regarding policy relating to the <br />extension of sanitary sewer and water in the Industrial Area of Ramseyo In <br />most cases the questions or inquiries can be answered technically, however, <br />there still remains some policies to be established by the City Council. In a <br />recently received letter from Mr. Bill Dubats, Mr. Dubats outlines very <br />eloquently several of these questions. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the letter from Mr. Dubats dated <br />September 10, 1987. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is Staff's recommendation that the City Council consider this case as a <br />forum to discuss these policies and not necessarily with one and only one <br />property owner in mind. <br /> <br />Council action will be to discuss. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator ..X. <br />Attorney <br />Engineer .X. <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />
