O'LEARY <br /> 7799 159TH LANE N.W.A <br /> <br />On , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Joseph <br />J. O'Leary for a conditional use permit to operate a welding and repair <br />business from his home at 7799 159th Lane N.W. on the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 1, Sorteberg's Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Ti~is permit is issued pursuant to Section I70.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. There shall be no outside storage of any materials and equipment <br /> for the welding and repair business. <br /> <br />2. Any employees of the welding and repair business shall be <br /> residents of the subject property. <br /> <br />3. No exterior displays of the welding and repair business shall be <br /> permitted. <br /> <br />4. No merchandise shall be offered for retail sale from the premises. <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph J.
