Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~87- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Paul Bertils, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" has <br />applied for plat approval of the following described property located in <br />the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township <br />32, Range 23, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the South 1 rod <br />thereof. <br /> <br />which plat is to be known as NOW AND THEN ESTATES, hereinafter known as <br />"plat;" and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to <br />Chapter 170.03 of the City Code, held a public hearing on the proposed plat <br />on January 6, 1987, which hearing was duly published in the City's legal <br />newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at its regular <br />meeting on March 3, 1987 recommended that the City Council grant approval <br />of the Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's public <br />hearing and meeting minutes, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set <br />forth herein; and <br /> <br /> WHERE,, at a regular meeting on March 24, 1987, the City Council <br />granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat contingent upon the Applicant <br />complying with specifications of the City Engineer dated March 3, 1987, <br />provision of a thirty foot easement and culvert on Lot 1, Block 3 for <br />emergency access and development of 167th Avenue N.W. between County Road 5 <br />and Jaspar Street N.W. as a Municipal State Aid road; and <br /> <br /> ~EILEAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the Plat <br />on October 9, 1986 with respect to park dedication requirements and <br />determined that the City should accept the standard park dedication fee as <br />the lots in this Plat are developed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA-MSEY, <br />A-NOKA COUNTY_, STATE OF MINh~SOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. 2~at final approval cf Now and Then Estates is gran=ed contingent <br />upon proof of marketable ti[le to the property beizg provided to the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
