Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION 087- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR BUFFALO BITUMINOUS (Sealcoating Projects 486-3 through 086-12) WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved the following Sealcoating Projects in the City of Ramsey on May 27, 1986; ~86-2 Hagen's Unplatted 086-4 Countryside Estates 086-5 Golden Eagle Estates ~86-6 Spor~s Haven 086-7 Carol Rose Acres ~86-8 Riverwood Hills Plat I 086-9 Riverwood Hills Unplatted 086-10 Hall Anderson Acres 486-11 Halland Acres ~86-12 Kork's Addition and WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 086-115 awarding the bid to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. the construction of the sealcoating improvement projects; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment to Buffalo Bituminous in his letter dated October 21, 1987 in the amount of $3,654.45. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RD~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: !)
