Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 687- <br /> <br /> WEEREAS, Melvin Boser, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" has <br />applied for plat approval of the following described property located in <br />the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />which plat is to be known as BOSER'S EVERGREEN ESTATES, hereinafter known <br />as "plat"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant to <br />Chapter 170.03 of the City Code, held a public hearing on the proposed plat <br />on June 2, 1987, which hearing was duly published in the City's legal <br />newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given pursuant to law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission 'at its regular <br />meeting on June 2, 1987 recommended that the City Council grant approval <br />of the Plat with variances for the length of the cul-de-sac on Sapphire <br />Street N.W., for access from Lot 1, Block 1 on to Variolite Street N.W., <br />for soil borings for lots in Block 1 and for lot sizes in Block 1; and <br /> <br /> ~EtLE~, the City Council reviewed the Planning Commission's public <br />hearing and meeting minutes, which minutes are incorporated as if fully set <br />forth herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a regular meeting on June 23, 1987, the City Council <br />granted preliminary plat approval of the Plat with variances for the length <br />of the cul-de-sac on Sapphire Street N.W., for access from Lot 1, Block 1 <br />on to Variolite Street E.W., for soil borings for lots in Block 1 and for <br />lot sizes in Block 1. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT tLESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUECIL OF TEE CITY OF tLAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUlee, STATE OF MINR~ZSOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
