5 Minutes CASE ~2: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF MINOR <br /> SUBDIVISION OF PETTERSEN'S ESTATES; <br /> CASE OF MR. GARNETT PETTERSEN <br /> Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Garnett Pettersen is requesting final approval of a minor subdivision of <br />his property which currently consists of two parcels (one 1 acre and one 6 acre <br />parcel). Mr. Pettersen is requesting a minor subdivision in order to <br />reconfigure the parcels into one 2.5 acre parcel and one 4.5 acre parcel. Mr. <br />Pettersen's house is located on the existing one acre parcel. Mr. Pettersen is <br />planning to sell the newly created 4.5 acre parcel to his son. <br /> <br />Mr. Pettersen is proposing that access to Lot i, Block 1 will be provided by a <br />private driveway easement across the northern boundvry of Lot 2, Dlock 1. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Map of existing parcels <br />c) Proposed plat <br />d) Resolution approving subdivision of Pettersen's Estates <br /> <br />Ob servations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed Mr. Pettersen's plat on October 20, <br />1987 and recommended approval.
