DAVID TRANBY <br /> Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Tranby are requesting final plat approval of a minor subdivision <br />of their property at 173rd Avenue and Armstrong Boulevard.
