Councilmember <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION f 87- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. David Tranby, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicants" have applied for plat approval of a minor subdivision of <br />the following described property located in the City of ¥~amsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying e~st of the <br />west 100 feet thereof and north of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the Nortt,east corner of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter, thence south 1 degree, 41 minutes, 39 seconds east <br />(assumed bearing) along the east line of said Northcast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter, 337.02 feet, thence south 87 degrees, 30 minutes, <br />57 seconds west parallel with the north line of said Northeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter, 817.81 feet, thence south 88 degrees, 39 <br />minutes, 12 seconds west, 420.20 feet to the east line of the west <br />100 feet and there terminate. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the above described property is to be known as Tranby <br />Terrace, hereinafter referred to as "Plat;" and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission have <br />reviewed the proposed plat pursuant to Chapter 170.0317 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That final plat approval of Tranby Terrace is granted contingent <br />upon Mr. and Mrs. Tranby providing proof of marketable title for the <br />property to the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Coun~i!member and upon vote being taken thereo~, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following a'~staine~2: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
