5 Minutes CASE 97: <br /> <br /> TRUR~K STORM SEWER <br /> IMI'ROVFME~:.T PROTECT 987-21 <br />By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Last spring the City Council ordered plans and specifications for the trunk <br />storm sewer project from the Mississippi River to the north side of the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad. This project is a cooperative agreement project <br />between the Minnesota Department of Transportation and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The plans have been approved with the exception of the right-of-way approval. <br />To obtain this approval the City has to certify that they have acquired the <br />right-of-way.
