RAMSEY, MINNESOTA Mr. Larry Hickman received a building permit from the City of Ramsey for the construction of an accessory structure in the B-1 Business district on the property at 13745 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. on the property legally described as follows: Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96 except $1770 and except that part platted as Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 1 recorded July 16, 1974, Anoka Count)', Minnesota. The conditions of this permit are as follows: The accessory structure shall be located no closer to the County Road No. 57 right-of-way than 45 feet. The City Code rpecifies that ~etbacks from county roads shall be 110 feet from the centerline or 50 feet from the right-of-way, whichever is greater. The accessory structure shall be used for storage, warehousing and display area. Any additional retail trade shall not be permitted until the structure is in accordance with the standards and requirements of the City and State building codes. Off-street parking shall be provided as follows. All off-street parking shall be levelled and Class Y gravel shall be applied to these areas. The parking areas along the west side of property and west of the accessory structure and all entrances from County Road 57 shall be surfaced with concrete or blacktop (any other surface shall be reviewed by the City Engineer prior to application) by June t, !988.
