PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> LEONARD SIMON <br />17349 ST. F~ANCIS BOULEVARD N.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> On , 1987, approval was granted by the City of <br />Ramsey to Leonard Simon to move in an accessory structure to the property <br />at 17349 St. Francis Boulevard N.W., which property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarterj <br />Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, AND of that <br />part of Lot 14, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 27, according to the map <br />or plat thereof on file and of record in thte office of hte County <br />Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the South Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of said Section 2; thence East, assumed bearing, along the <br />South line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of <br />272.50 feet to the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as now laid out <br />and constructed; thence North 6 degrees 38 minutes 45 seconds East <br />along said centerline a distance of 315 feet to a point hereinafter <br />referred to as Point A; thence continue North 6 degrees 38 minutes 45 <br />seconds East along said centerline a distance of 297.79 feet; thence <br />deflect left in a Northwesterly direction along said centerline on a <br />tangeniaI curve having a radius of 238.73 feet and a central angle of <br />4 degrees 40 minutes 05 seconds a distance of 19.45 feet to a point <br />hereainafter referred to as Point B; thence continue Northwesterly <br />along said centerline on same described tangential curve having a <br />radius of 238.73 feet and a central angle of 49 degrees 04 minutes 55 <br />seconds a distance of 204.51 feet; thence North 47 degrees 06 minutes <br />15 seconds West along said centerline a distance of 111.23 feet; <br />thence East parallel with said South line of the Southe Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter a distance of 949.21 feet to the actual point of <br />beigning of the property to be hereby described; thence South on a <br />line whose Southerly extension would intersect said South line at a <br />right angle, a distance of 258.87 feet; thence West parallel with said <br />South line a distance of 791.53 feet to said Point B; thence Southerly <br />along said centerline to said Point A; thence East parallel with the <br />said South line to the West line of the East 900 feet of the said <br />Southeast Quarter' of the Southeast Quarter; thence North along said <br />West line to the North line of said Southeas= Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter; thence West along said North line to a point 1234.35 feet <br />East of the Northwest corner of said South Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter; thence Southwesterly to the actual point of beginning. <br /> <br />The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />I. Mr. Simon is pe-'-mitted to move in a 28' x 3A' structure to the <br /> subject property. <br /> <br />2. The structur~ shall used to staEle horses, to store horse gear and <br /> personal vehicles and equipment only. <br /> <br /> <br />
