PROPOSED DEVELOPF~H~T PERMIT <br /> JOHN BELINSKI/WALTEK, INC. <br />14310 SUR~FISH i3~KE BLVD. N.W. <br /> ~MSEY, MINI~ES 0TA <br /> <br /> On _ , 1987, site plan approval was granted by <br />the City of Ramsey to Waltek, Inc. to construct a 1,600 square foot <br />addition on the property at 14310 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., which property <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 250 feet of the North 750 feet of the East 871 feet (as <br />:easured along the East and North lines respectively) of the North <br />tialf of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Reserving to the grantor, its successors and assigns, an easement for <br />road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and over the East 93 feet <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey <br />City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />The addition shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted <br />to and approved by the City's Building Department. No <br />construction shall commence without proper approval and permitting <br />by the City Building Official. <br /> <br />2. The structure shall be finished so that it matches the existing <br /> structure. <br /> <br />At least 30 off-street parking spaces shall be provided as <br />specified in Section 170.017 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Off-street parking shall be surfaced with blacktop or concrete· <br />Such surfacing must be completed by June 30, 1989. An escrow <br />shall be required to guarantee the completion of this surfacing. <br />The escrow amount required shall be based on 150% of the City <br />Engineer's estimate of ?he cost to complete the improvement. <br /> <br />5. Ail disturbed areas shall be restored With sod or seed. <br /> <br />No further expansion of the Waltek facility shall be permitted <br />until grading and topographical plans have been provided to the <br />City Engineer.
