PROPOSED DEVELOPF~H~T PERMIT JOHN BELINSKI/WALTEK, INC. 14310 SUR~FISH i3~KE BLVD. N.W. ~MSEY, MINI~ES 0TA On _ , 1987, site plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey to Waltek, Inc. to construct a 1,600 square foot addition on the property at 14310 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., which property is legally described as follows: The South 250 feet of the North 750 feet of the East 871 feet (as :easured along the East and North lines respectively) of the North tialf of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Reserving to the grantor, its successors and assigns, an easement for road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and over the East 93 feet thereof. This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: The addition shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's Building Department. No construction shall commence without proper approval and permitting by the City Building Official. 2. The structure shall be finished so that it matches the existing structure. At least 30 off-street parking spaces shall be provided as specified in Section 170.017 of the Ramsey City Code. e Off-street parking shall be surfaced with blacktop or concrete· Such surfacing must be completed by June 30, 1989. An escrow shall be required to guarantee the completion of this surfacing. The escrow amount required shall be based on 150% of the City Engineer's estimate of ?he cost to complete the improvement. 5. Ail disturbed areas shall be restored With sod or seed. No further expansion of the Waltek facility shall be permitted until grading and topographical plans have been provided to the City Engineer.
