WILLI~uM DUBAT£ By: Community Development Director Anne Eorris Background: Mr. Bill Dubats is requesting a conditional use t~crmit to construct and operate a self-service storage facility in the B-1 Business district. Mr. Dubats is proposing this use for 13820 Ebony Street N.W. which is approximately ].33 acres in size. Mr. Dui~.zts is proposing to construct three storage buildings totalling approzimately 18,400 square feet. In 1986, Mr. Dubats applied for and obtained a conditional use permit ~o construct and operate a similar facility on the property immediately to the south of the current request. Mr. Dubats ~s also requesting site plan review of these proposed structures The structures will be constructed of decorative face concrete block; the doors will be of prefinished steel panel~ which will match the concrete block. Mr. Dubats is proposing to blacktop all driveway and parking areas.
