PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> MR. WILLIAM, DUBATS <br /> 13920 ESOR~ STF~ET ~.W. <br /> RAMSEY, MInnESOTA <br /> <br />On , a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. William <br />Dubats to construct and operate a self-service storage facility at 13820 <br />Ebony Street N.W., which property .is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration ~.~ long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />All signs erected on the subject property shall be in accordance <br />with Section 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />All lighting on the premises used to illuminate the structure or <br />parking areas shall be arranged to deflect away from any adjoining <br />property or public street. Bulbs emitting an excess of 3000 <br />lumens (150 watts) shall be directed so that the bulb is not <br />visible from off of the property where such light source <br />exists. <br /> <br />Ail off-street parking and driveway areas shall be srrfaced with <br />blacktop or concrete. Such surfacing shall be complete by June <br />30, 1988. <br /> <br />It shall be the property owners' responsibility to maintain the <br />premises. This shall include, but not be limitec to, maintaining <br />any landscaping and keeping the premises free from ii~ter and <br />garbage. <br /> <br />5. There shall be no outside storage of any automobiles, vehicles or <br /> equipment on the site. <br /> <br />w- ....
