Counc i lmemb er <br />moved for it's adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the fol]':~:ing resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~87- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISEiNG POLICY REGARDING USE OF CONTRACTED SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the efficient and stewardly use of human resources requires <br />careful coordination; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contracted services represent an extension cf the hun. an <br />resources of the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council defines the ~ervices which are available to <br />the general public; and <br /> <br /> W~HEREAS, it is the responsibility of the City Administrator to manage <br />the human resou~ces of the City and provide public services consistent with <br />the policy of the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Ail requests for service shall be channeled through the City <br />~'/CAdministrator. <br /> <br />~,9~ 2) The City Administrator must determine that a request is consistent <br /> with the pclicy of the City Council prior to order~ing any cservic~ <br /> encumbering any cost. c~,~,?;;/~):z'~ 7' C~ ~> <br /> <br /> by either th~City Adminis~tor or th~ity Council./ <br /> 4) All complair~ts mu~e filed ~h~he City~ces and the full <br /> name and address of, the~ comolain~nt must be~ade available.
