Further, this effort would require the coordination
of the Department of Transportation, the railroad companies, the City of
Ramsey and the property owners.

The City Council should discuss this a~d suggest a plan of action similar
to the following:

1. or 2.
1. or 2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.

Seek concept approval of all affected parties.
Acquire easements.
Agree upon financing.
Prepare tentative agreements.
Prepare design plans.
Secure financing and enter intc agreements.
Construction

Recommendation:

Council Action:

Dscussion.

Review Checklist:

Administrator
Attorney
Engineer
Commur:it5~ be¥~!ovmcnt

Chief of Police
Finance Officer
Public ~crks £uperint£ndent
OtLcr
