Exhibit "B", and as amended by a letter dated August <br />16, 1985 from Waste ~'.anagement of Minnesota, Inc., also <br />addressed to Mr. Robert Hutchison, consisting of two <br />(2) pages which letter is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"C". In addition to the above the operations shall be <br />carried on as hereinafter required. <br /> <br />2) ~.~m: <br /> <br />This permit shall be in effect for a period of two (2) <br />years from and after the date hereof, November 26, <br />1985, after which two (2) year period all excavation <br />and grading operations on the site shall cease, and <br />prior to end of said two (2) year period all <br />restoration operations shall be completed. <br /> <br />3) Hours of Onerat4on: <br /> <br />~he grading and excavation operations may be ca~ried on <br />only between 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through <br />Friday and 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on Saturdays. <br /> <br />4) ~!~,~ Control: <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall take all reasonable precautions <br />to minimize dust pollution which shall include, but not <br />be limited to the use of a water truck when reasonable <br />at all times during the hours of operation and all <br />operations shall cease at any time ~.'ind gusts exceed 30 <br />m.p.h. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall construct a 12 foot wide, four <br />foot high and 400 foot long earthen berm on the <br />Northeast side of the excavation site, starting at the <br />Northeast tree line of the excavation site and running <br />westerly along the excavation site boundary. This <br />earthen berm may be removed at the commencement of the <br />last phase of excavation which phase shall continue no <br />longer than ninety (90) days. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall maintain and not disturb the <br />natural screening along the southwest boundary of the <br />site adjacent to County Highway 911~, which natural <br />screening presently consists of trees and vegetation in <br />addition to a natural topography which acts as a <br />screening berm to the excavation site. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall maintain anf not disturb the <br />natural screening adjacent to Sunfish Lake Blvd. which <br />screens the easterly side of the excavation site.
