As we have discussed at several times in the past North Fork has contracted to sell to United Power Association that part of Outlot C, Northfork, on which the UPA substation is presently located. ~e understand that the City Counci] must approve any such lot split. We have obtained approval of the legal descriptions indicated below from Per our previous discussion we would appreciate it if you were to present this lot split app]ication to the City Council at its regular meeting on November 24th.
