Sand, gravel or other material for backfill; <br /> <br />Sand, gravel, or crushed rock for base or <br />surfacing courses; <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Aggregates for bituminous surfacing, including the <br />hauling of bituminous mixtures from the mixing <br />plant; <br /> <br />Aggregates for concrete base.or pavement, <br />inciuding the hauling of concrete batches from <br />batch plants; and · <br /> <br />Bituminous materials and portland cement for <br />paving mixtures. <br /> <br />EARTH ¥~TERIAL is any rock, material, soil or fill <br />and/or any combination thereof. <br /> <br />ENGINEER shall mean the City Engineer of the City of <br />Ram s ey. <br /> <br /> <br />
