Count i 1 memb e r moved for its adoption: introduced the followi~,g re$olut ion and RESOLUTION f87- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR H & S ASPHALT COMPANY (PROJECT ~86-I5- 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street N.W. to Andrie Street ~. w. ) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 22, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~86-120 awarding the bid to H & S Asphalt Company for Project ~86-15 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street to Andrie Streett N.W.; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment to H & S Asphalt Company in the amount of $17,981.34 in his memo dated December 15, 1987. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to H & S Asphalt Company for Project #86-15 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street N.W. to Andrie Street in the amount of $17,981.34. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution ~87-___ approving payment of the bills for the month of June, 1987. 4) That the City of Kamsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resc!ution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted i= favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of December, I987.
