Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its ado'ption: RESOLUTION ~87- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR S.J. LOUIS CONSTRUCTION (PROJECT ~87-19 EXTENSION OF SEWER AND WATER TO INDUSTRIAL AREA) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~}87-136 awarding the bid to S.J.Louis Construction for the extension of sewer and water to the Industrial Area; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to S.J.Loui$ Construction in the amount of $78,980.15. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to S.J.Louis Construction for the extension of sewer and water to the Industrial Area in the amount of $78,980.15. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution ~$7-___ approving payment of the bills for the month of September, 1987. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of th~. resolution.
