Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~7- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR DAVE PERKINS CONTRACTING, INC. (PROJECT ~F~7-3 RIVER'S BEND PLAZA) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on February 24, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of R~msey adopted Resolution $87-62 awarding the bid to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc for site improvements to River's Bend Plaza; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Dave Perkins Contracting , Inc. in the amount of $4,273.48. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IL&MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. for site improvements to River's Bend Plaza in the amount of $4,273.48. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution ~:87-___ approving payment of the bills for the month of December, 1987. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. /he motion for the adoption cf the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counciimember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the =o!lowing - and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council t~is the 22nd day ef December, 1 987.
