ME~T TO CHAPTER ] 70.0] OF ,vq~r KAMSEY CITY CODE, WELCH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS <br />THE "RAMSEY ZONING CHAPTER". <br /> <br />~2{ 0KDINA2{CE AMENDING SECTION 170.013F "DURATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS", <br />OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsay ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 170.013F is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A conditional use permit shall become effective on the date of signing by <br />all parties and payment of all costs unless another later effective date <br />is provided in the conditional use permit. A conditional use permit shall <br />remain in effect as long as the conditions agreed upon are observed, in <br />addition, one of the conditions may include a specified time limit for the <br />conditional use. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
