Control t~e irrigation r)'stem during inclement ~'eather conditiont and limit <br />tl~e u~e ¢.:r ~tt'r concurrent ~,'Jtt: the ~,eatber £Jtuat~en to the satisfaction ef <br />the City ~dministrat¢,r, <br /> <br />Flushing of the irrigation lines of grit and gravel shall be done by removing <br />tt~e last head on each lateral and operating the system until tt~ose materials <br />are expelled. <br /> <br />Operation and maintenance of the irrigation system shall receive no less than <br />the following: <br /> <br />-Inspect for operability and Froper adjustment of controllers, quick <br /> couplers, valves, and sprinkler heads, once per week or more frequently <br /> if problems/conditions indicate a need; <br /> <br />-Adjust and correct for coverage as needed; <br /> <br />-Repair mhd/or replace, as determined by tt~e the City Administrator <br /> damaged or inoperable sprinkler heads as needed; <br /> <br />-Flush irrigation pipeline in the spring and the fall; <br /> <br />-Check valve boxes for safety and security purposes with routine <br /> inspections; <br /> <br />-Sabedule controllers as needed to comply with watering requirements of <br /> the premises. <br /> <br />Fage 62 <br /> <br /> <br />
