b. The subject property appears to be located within the boundaries of <br /> that area proposed for airport acquisition. <br /> <br />c. The Applicant should approach the FAA for airspace approval for <br /> the proposed use. <br /> <br />20. That the Applicant is presently operating a commercial bituminous <br />asphalt plant approximately 2 miles east of the subject property. <br /> <br />21. That the Applicant has stated that he feels the subject property is a <br />better ~ite for the proposed asphalt plant than the existing site due to <br />adjacent use~, zoning and transportation considerations. <br /> <br />22. That the ~ubject property currently is occupied by concrete debris left <br />by the previous occupant. <br /> <br />23.
