Conditional Use Permit Checklist Item 11 <br /> <br />Description of Construction and Proposed Materials <br /> <br /> Proposed construction consista of three buildings, <br />ecah 180 feet long and totaling 18,400 sq. ft. The main <br />supporting sturctures will be decorative faced concrete <br />blocks, core filled with cement and reinforced with two <br />5/8" rebars from slab to roof. The office area, part of a <br />larger building, will be constructed entirely of decorative <br />concrete block which contrast with the masonry columns <br />between the door openings. The roof system, which ~ill <br />attach to the top of the cement blocks, will have a <br />standing seam, UL-90 rated metal roof fastened entirely <br />from the underside to avoid any fastener holes through the <br />roof. Concrete blocks will be pminted to mmtch existing <br /> <br /> (adjacent) mini-storage buildings, mhd doors and trim will <br />also be selected to match existing construction. The space <br />between concrete columns above the doors will have <br />engineered metal headers covered by prefinished steel <br />panels which match the concrete block. Concrete footings <br />will be reinforced by two 5/8" rebars~ placed three inches <br />from the bottom and three inches from the outside footing <br />edges. The four-inch concrete ~lab will be reinforced by <br />steel mesh. Concrete aprons will extend two feet outside <br />o~ the doors. Driving and parking surfaces will be paved <br />with two inches of blacktop over a four inch Class 5 base. <br /> <br /> <br />
