INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />CASE #8: <br /> <br />1. On October 27, 1987, the Ramsey City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a. Approved the final plat of Boser's Evergreen Estates. <br /> <br />b. Approved the final plat of Tranby Terrace. <br /> <br />c. Approved the final plat of Pettersen's Estates. <br /> <br />Discussed the development permit issued to Plants & Things for the <br />recent accessory structure and allowed Mr. Hickman an extension to <br />June 1988 to complete the facade of the accessory structure. The <br />Council also stated that the blacktopping requirement for the off- <br />street parking would be waived until such time as Mr. Hickman owns <br />the property. <br /> <br />Scheduled a public hearing for 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 10, <br />1987 to consider Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for <br />an extension to their temporary conditional use permit to mine <br />cover material. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed is informatio~ regarding the Annual Planning <br />Institute.
