Absent: <br />Commissioner <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />recommend that City Council approve of Mr. Joseph 0'Leary's request for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a welding and repair business from his <br />home. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: <br />Commissioner Holm. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Operate Glass <br /> Installation Business From Home~ Case Of Mr. Brian Jero~c <br /> Wendt: <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Wendt has indicated that 99% of his work is away <br />from his home and by'appointment.
