Mr. Gracyzk stated that the levy will need to be <br />adjusted and certified with the County by October 9, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion by Counci~r Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />the resolution approving the assessed 1987, collecW__~hle 1988 current ad valorum <br />property tax levy. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox asked if the resolution had to be passed at this meeting. Mr. <br />Hartley stated that it would not have to be passed at this meeting but would <br />have to be passed before October 9, 1987. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLucaaskedwhether passing the resolution tonight would preclude <br />the Council from further decision relative to using the $76,000 in special <br />levies. Mr. Gracyzk stated that it would. <br /> <br />Counci!member Sorteberg withdrew his motion to approve the resolution and <br />Councilmember Pearson withdrew his second.
