PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> JOHN BELINSKI/WALTEK, INC. <br />14310 SU~FFISR LAKE BLVD. N.W. <br /> R~g"f, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> On , 1987, site plan approval was granted by <br />the City of Ramsey to Waltek, Inc. to construct a 1,600 square foot <br />addition on the property at 14310 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., which property <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 250 feet cf the North 750 feet of the East 871 feet (as <br />measured along the East and North lines respectively) of the North <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka Count>-, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Reserving to the grantor, its successors and assigns, an easement for <br />road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and over the East 93 feet <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey <br />City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />The addition shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted <br />to and approved by the City's Building Department. No <br />construction shall commence without proper approval and permitting <br />by the City Building Official. <br /> <br />The structure shall be finished so that it matches the existing <br />structure. <br /> <br />3. At least 40 off-street parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> <br />4. Off-street parking shall be surfaced with blacktop or concrete. <br /> Such surfacing must be completed by June 30, 1989. <br /> <br />5.
