The application procedure for a variance from this ordinance shall be the same as for a wild animal license, 110.18#, Subdivision 2 through 4. Variances ma), be reviewed concurrently with an application for a wild animal license. Subdivision 3. Conditions of Approval. In approving an application for a variance, the city may attach conditions and restrictions as it finds necessary. 110.186 FEES The applicant for a wild animal license and/or variance shall pa), an application fee as per the City ordinances and resolutions.
