Any person, firm or corporation violating the' provisions <br />of Section 3 or Section 4 of this ordinance shall be l~ilty of a gross misdemeanor and <br />may be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand-dollars ($5,000) or <br />imprisonment of not more than one year in jail, or by b~h such fine and <br />imprisonment. ' <br /> <br /> Section' 7: Scverabilitv. If any one or more of the sections or provisions <br />provided in this ordinance shall be declared by any court of comps, tent jurisdiction to <br />be contrary to law, then such sections or provisions shall be null and void and shall be <br />deemed separable from the remaining sections or provisions in this ordinance and shall <br />in no way affect the validity of the remaining secti'~ns or provisions in this ordinance. <br /> <br /> 5eclion $: General DVIY. Nothing in this ordinance is intended to create a <br />cause of action or claim against the city or its officials or employees running to <br />specific individuals.
