PROPOSED HOESE CHAPTER <br /> <br />ACREAGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Not more than one horse may be kept on a lot of at least 2 <br />acres provided it is enclosed in a pen or corzal containing <br />at least 800 square feet, including a stable under a roof of at <br />least 100 square feet. <br /> <br />Not more than two horses may be kept on a lot of at least 2.5 <br />acres provided they are enclosed in a pen or corral containing at <br />least 800 square feet per such animal including a stable under a <br />roof of at least 100 square feet per such animal . <br /> <br />Three or more horses may be kept on a lot of at least five acres <br />and they must be enclosed in a pen or corral containing at least <br />3,200 square feet and there must be a stable under a roof of at <br />least 100 square feet per such anim~!~ <br /> <br />Fences for pens, corrals or ~imilar enclosures must be of <br />sufficient height and strength to retain such animals.
