The application procedure for a variance from this ordinance shah be the same as £or a wild animal license`. 110.154`. Subdivision 2 through 4. Variances may be reviewed concurrently with an application for a wild animal license. Subdivision 3. Conditions of Approval. In approving an application for a variance, the city may attach conditions and restrictions as it finds necessary. 110.156 FEES The applicant for a wild animal license and/or variance shall pay an application fee as per the City ordinances and resolutions. The applicant shall also pay for any costs or expenses incurred by the City during the processing and reviewing of the application, which exceed the application fee. Such expenses shall include, but are not limited to.. consuhants and other professionals and the cost of printing, mailing, and supplies.
