REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION; <br /> CASE OF MR. AND MRS. DAVID TRANBY <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, Mr. and Mrs. Tranby appeared before the Commission to <br />request a metes and bounds subdivision of their property at 173rd Avenue <br />N.W. and Armstrong Boulevard. At that time, the Commission recommended <br />that the Tranbys proceed with a minor subdivision.
