O'LEARY <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph O'Leary is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a <br />welding and repair business from his home at 7799 159th Lane N.W. Mr. <br />O'Leary has stated that he uses his home for a mailing address and phone <br />number for his business. Mr. O'Leary uses his garage for parking trucks <br />and storing his tools, equipment and supplies for the business.
