DRAFT <br /> <br />CITY OF RAM~EY <br /> <br />PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> BRIAN JEROME WENDT <br /> 16863 SODIUM STREET N.W. <br /> <br />On , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Brian <br />Jerome Wendt for a conditional use permit to operate a glass installation <br />business from his home at 16863 Sodium Street N.W. on the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 4, Klemish and Flores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the. <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. There shall be no outside storage of any materials and equipment <br /> for the glass installation business. <br /> <br />Any employees of the glass installation business shall be <br />residents of the subject property. <br /> <br />No exterior displays of the glass installation business shall be <br />permitted. <br /> <br />4.
