REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION; <br /> CASE OF MS. KATHY TRANBY <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, Ms. Tranby appeared before the Commission to request a metes <br />and bounds subdivision of her property at 173rd Avenue N.W. and Armstrong <br />Boulevard. At that time, the Commission recommended that Ms. Tranby <br />proceed with a minor subdivision.
