No <br />one responded. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLucca to close the <br />assessment hearing for Improvement Projects #86-17 and #86-18 (Flintwood Hills <br />Thir~ Addition and Dysprosium Street N~). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca, and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Coucil recessed at 9:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the meeting back to order at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve <br />the following items contained in the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />I) Approve City Ccuncil meeting minutes: <br /> <br />a) Special meeting minutes dated July 7, !987 with the following correc- <br /> tions: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Page 6 - 4th paragraph - last sentence - Change to read as follows: <br />Councilmember ~eLuca stated that there could be a cash flow problem <br />if the City is flooded with requests for compensation from Zone A <br />property owners who claimed to have had intentions of developing <br />their property. <br /> <br />2) Pages 8 and 9 - Case f7 - in all instances replace "Grading and <br /> Mining" to "Grading and Excavating". <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br /> Page 13 - Following statement seems to be in error and needs <br />correction: "Council recessed at 9:35 p.m. Iqayor Reimann called <br />the meeting back to order at 9:35 p.m." Secretary is instructed to <br />refer back to notes of meeting. <br /> <br />City Council/August 25, 1987 <br /> Page 9 of i6 <br /> <br /> <br />
