PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AN OKA COUNTY <br />1 STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, July 9, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Ms. Jill Prall <br />Ms. Janice Johnson <br />Mr. Dun Lokker <br />Mr. Bill Rustad <br />Mr. Roy Shumway (arrived 7:13 p.m.) <br />Members Absent: Mr. John Lichter, Chairman <br />Mr. Ron Hetland <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Commissioner Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />WELCOME NEW COMMISSIONER <br />The Commission welcomed new commissioner Jill Prall. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />} <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The consensus was to approve the agenda with the following addition: <br />Case #6: Review Of Ford Brook Estates Third Addition For Park <br />Dedication Requirements; case of Mr. Gerald Bauer. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Case #6: Review Of Ford Brook Estates Third Addition For Park <br />Dedication -Requirements: Case Of Mr. Gerald Bauer: <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to <br />recommend that the City require fees to satisfy the City's park dedication <br />requirements. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Prall, Johnson, Lokker and <br />Rustad. Voting No: None.
