CASE 03: <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW; <br />CASE OF MR. ART RAUDIO AND MR. GILBERT MENKVELD <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br />Background: <br />Mr. Art Raudio and Mr. Gilbert Menkveld are requesting sketch plan review of <br />their proposed plat of Pineview Estates Third Addition. The proposed <br />subdivision is located on the west side of County Road No. 56, south of 149th <br />Avenue NW. The proposed subdivision consists of approximately thirty lots each <br />at least one acre in size to be industrially developed. The subject property <br />is located in the I-1 Industrial District. <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed sketch plan <br />c) Plan B of the proposed sketch plan <br />Mr. Raudio and Mr. Menkveld have provided two versions of the sketch plan for <br />the subdivision for the Commission's review and discussion. <br />Recommendation: <br />No action is necessary.
